Interesting read

Received this book as part of a mistory box and just started reading it I'm not wanting to be a body builder but it's gud to know sum extra routines and and meal plans

Rich Gaspari No Excuses

Received this book as part of my Muscle X box subscription. I am not trying to be a competitive body builder, get big, etc so the diet and workout advice wasn't so relevant. However, this book was still an interesting read for the stories of Rich's journey. It is inspiring to read how he has overcome obstacles and set-backs and strived to be successful. A lot of the principles he applies to being a success at body-building also overlap into being a success in any endeavour. Take action, work hard, never stop learning and perseverance are all requisites to success.
